Yeah Ive heard that from a few people. To be honest though pressing is really not that hard and the improved thermal conductivity from a one piece finned heatsink is IMO worth it. To press all you need is a vice and a press tool from eg Flaminpyro. At a pinch though you can use eg a piece of radio antenna for the smaller diodes, just make sure it goes in straight thats basically it. The proper tools are safer though.
