These hosts are absolutely stunning!! Why is this thread not stickied? And for those of you wanting it drilled to accept a 12 mm module, Mrcrouse can definitely do that. However like grainde said, pressing isn't so scary and it is much better at cooling the diode since it is direct contact. Fantastic job grainde!!!!!!
 
Grainde does some amazing work... everyone who's seen my kryton from him has been in pure awe. The polish, the glow, it's really stunning.
 
They use glow in the dark powder.:)

Is it powered by the diode? I saw them glowing while the laser was off. Are they phosphorescent?
 
Yes they are phosphorescent but charge via an external light source. Youve just given me a cool idea though so + rep. :beer:
