I receive it today, I don't know how Many Lumens is, But is VERY bright. I'll take one more. Can melt Thin Black Plastic Bag:eg:

How much does that thing heat up?!

If its running anywhere near 3000ma then it will get hot enough to burn hands in a matter of minutes :eek:

What do you mean 3000ma? where on this thread or the website does it say 3000ma? or are you just assuming its 3000ma since thats the current it would take that certain led diode to operate at 1000lumens?
 
Yes, im assuming the current although its probablymore like 2500ma (maybe lower)

If it was running at 3000ma you would have to wear fireproof gloves to operate it for over 2 or 3 minutes :tinfoil:

The specs are probably overexaggerated though...
 
no im sure they are, but from all the reviews ive heard it could be around 200-300 lumens, and still bright as heck lol. i mean i ordered one maybe ill let you know.
 
I'l see if the same light is for sale on DX, there might be some specs in the description/reviews
 
no i looked nothing. I feel like i missed it, but im leaving work lol going home, so i might not have power( damn hurricane irene) .

unfortunately, there seems to be problem with the driver. I've got 1 on hand to repair, and the driver is burned. this light needs other driver
