You *might* be able to buy one on ebay if you keep your eyes peeled, but they are becoming rare and expensive as a result.
Sam's laser FAQ may be able to provide the pinouts allowing you to build one yourself.

A year ago or so, they were ~$100. Now ???
Well worth the money if you can get one. Chris added one to mine for $99 and I love it.
