Unfortunately there are what seem to be a million different sellers with labeling from fantasy land and the bottom line is if you don't buy from a reputable seller you shouldn't be surprised when your not happy with the purchase. Everyone wants to pay less but how much $ do you end up wasting when you could have bought something decent to begin with.
 
This company is a bag of d**ks. Basically guaranteed to be about 1W.
 
This along with a 303 were my first lasers, and I can confidently say that this burns like a champ when focused. It is probably around a watt of power. The diode's got a nice output, thermals and battery life are great, what sucks about it is the lens. Crappy plastic lens is used, youre better off replacing it with a glass lens like a 3-element if you really want to put in extra effort. I am actually quite fond of the host of this chinese laser!

There's a California seller with these, 1 watt, ships in a few days, look up xboxmod360 on you tube for a review, like $50 seems decent, he has a link in the comments
