True... but in all of those cases so far, the people involved fall into the extremely retarded segment of the population, and situation typically involves an overspec newwish pen.
Actually I think it would be GREAT if one of these days, instead of sending in cops on the ground, a chopper just opened fire on one of these retards with a .50 cal instead.
After the headlines I think people would think twice about shining a laser at choppers and airplanes.
IMO part of what makes planes such an attractive target for these retards, is they know there is practically no change for retaliation of any kind.
