Trade A-140 445nm diode for a high powered bluray diode.?

The title says pretty much all. I would like to get my hands on a bluray diode capable of 500mw or more. I would trade straight across for a A-140 diode..

I do not want it in an aixiz module.

I have six SF-BW512L 12x sleds arriving from two different sources, and they really should be here any day now (early this week, maybe tomorrow). I'd be happy to trade you.

I'm in Canada, so it would take a week or so after I ship it to reach you, but if you're not in a rush, I'd be up for making the trade. You've got a lot more rep here than I, so I'd be quite ok with shipping to you first. I'm not in any rush for the A-140.

sounds great. I have about 8 spare A-140's and since money is tight for everyone I can't just sell them. I was going to throw them in the extra Krytons I had and sell them as complete lasers, but again, nobody is buying much.

As it is, I'm going to have to sell some of the flawed parts for pennies on the dollar.
