well, got it from private party, really nice quality, focusable, and looks around 75mW.
Nice tight beam, no real splash to speak of
Burns elec. tape when focused correctly

maybe it is 150mW, but in Alibaba-chiney watts....
and my eyes say 75-100 or so
I need a fresh battery to really test it
