Most aerospace stuff, i.e. the stuff that's generally talked about in the media, is grade 5.. the stronger/lighter than steel stuff. Not every application requires that strength or expense though. For applications that only need corrosion resistance, or high melting point, the lower grade will work and be cheaper.

The images above there are titanium grade 2. Now I only need to find someone that makes him a nice host.

I'm getting in touch with several people to see if they can be machined titanium.
I just need to turn it into a simple tube with a custom action.
