titan problem

I'm have a problem with one of the titan's safety features. It is not the key but the "power key". I try to turn on the laser, everything is okay, but as soon as I move the laser at all, it turns off and I have to wait another 2 seconds for it to turn on. The "power key or dongle" is not making proper contact.

well maybe you just need a new dongle

So you're not referring to the key, but the dongle that plugs in to the back?

The guy that looks like this, right?

If so, you can buy one of the same size and short the wires and see if that works.
Otherwise, you will have to either bypass the entire tail cap (key lock and dongle) by bridging the battery + contact with the case or take it apart and investigate the problem.

that is what I'm talking about, RA. I will take it apart tomorrow to investigate because I want to take it outside at night for the first time because we are having record temperatures. 25 a high at the begging of April in unheard of here.

when i sent mine to yobresal for testing mine was having the same prob. luke exchanged mine with some other dongle...it fixed the prob... you may wanna halla at him for details...
