The MK-I Laser Thrower - Laser Flamethrower Gauntlet

This thing certainly is unique, and quite awesome. Not sure if it would really be worth your time and money to patent anyways, as its market share would be quite small, and your liability quite high. :/

Regardless, awesome invention! :)

I appreciate the advice. I agree, its not worth the money to patent something that most likely "wont make it". Anyway, i appreciate the nice comments :)

It is not that it "wouldn't make it." There would most definitely be interest, but if it isn't going to be the next million dollar idea, then there isn't a need for a patent. If you can make a couple grand+ selling them, that is great, but at the margin, there isn't really a need for a patent.

Oh okay! I see what youre saying. What if i simply sell the idea? Or would it not matter because its already out there for the public to see without a patent? Or could I still do something with it to make money?
