Any one know why the last second of 2008 is special? Because I am recording it and putting it on youtube. lol.

I've heard they'll be inserting another leap second into the world time this year.

Eh, they don't adjust by a second at the time. The Gregorian calendar is off by about 27 seconds or so every year, anyway (When averaging it out, that is: common years are off more than that, but the leap year addition averages it out to about 27 seconds a year)
