this vid needs to be seen by USPS-EMS and all who use them- I never open any boxes from any shipper that look damaged unless it is in front of the shipper employee or better the super.
next second best idea is making a video of the package being opened. With a witness.

I would not let that guy empty wastebaskets if he worked for me.
