Just got my new baby in from yobresal! Comparing my new 2.3watt laser with my 1.3watt.


Ehgemus 32650 host
405-G-2 lens
M140 diode
Heatsinked 1.8A boost driver

The Ehgemus host feels GREAT in my hand... heavy! it truly is a piece of art.

The camera obviously washes out but you can clearly see in the image below, the one on the left is the new big boy. (Same focus point and same distance from surface)

Looks great. Those Ehgemus hosts are awesome and you can't go wrong with Yob as your builder.:beer:
 
Nice Photos and videos! I really got attached to that build. You are right about it being heavy. It really has some mass to it. I love the feel of it. I am happy to see you are enjoying it. That pen cap didn't stand a chance. You brutalized it real good.
