Its been about 8 months now and I have not received a replacement laser and it was still under warranty I've tried numerous times to contact the customer service department and have not received anything in the mail yet. They had me send in the laser with an RMA form to China somewhere. I got Contacted by someone in there customer service department and he said he was going to check into this and that was in December. I find it weird when I call the number no one ever picks up. What should I do it wasn't a cheap laser it was 300 bucks???

Well as far as that goes did you by change get a tracking number?
When you sent it back if you didn't they will most likely tell you they never got it.
What was it that you bought a link or pics would be great.

ive tried to contact them many times they never answer my emails......i have a 400mw techlaser (luv it) that i bought from wicked lasers...hmmm maybe email wicked lasers im pretty sure they are linked in some way.....maybe they can help in contact...

Yeah well, I Though of that I was thinking of going to the post office to see if they can pull it up somehow on their records, a link to the laser I bought is Powerful Green Laser Pointer Pen | Infiniti II 95mW
It was a nice laser the only thing is the batteries got stuck out of no where and then it had stoped working. What if I was able to get that info though would I be able to do something?

I have had similar problems with companies not shipping or not living up to warranties. I find it helps to file a complaint on the company to the BBB. They will then contact the company.

Yeah.... the BBB will do a lot of good for a company in Hong Kong...
If you want to alienate a company and any future help.... just threaten
them and see how far you get...

Jerry...

Anyway, it's not like the BBB has any real power to do anything. If I were Techlasers or whomever, and got a notice from the BBB, I'd probably hit "delete" without even reading it. What are they even going to do? "Mediate"? Give a bad review? Maybe even try to get them to sign up with the BBB so they get more money? Naming and shaming them on LPF probably has more value.
