techhood 650nm diodes

I bought 10 of these diodes on the bay 660nm 300-400mw CW Red Laser Diode ML101U29-25 10pcs/pak | eBay
and did some testing.

100mA - 17 mW
150 - 61
200 - 105
250 - 151
300 - 182
350 - 214
400 - 245
450 - 273
I over tuned at this point sending the current to 550mA where the diode led'd.
I used an acrylic lens in testing.

Those look to be on par with the short open can from back in the day... I think they cam in the SF-AW sleds IIRC.

How do these compare to the lpc-826 ?

Nearly identical. (this is a chart of 2 LPC-826, not this diode and an 826)
