Sony 20mW 405nm Diode i believe, very resilient i might add, tried to kill one by running it whilst holding a soldering iron to the diode it got dark so i dipped it in water then it worked again.
Edit: and a sneaky NDB7875 in the corner tray.

Why do you have so many modules? Is that all from trying to find actual 1mW ones? What are you going to do with them all then?
