Stuck Focus

So, long story short, my green laser got dropped and the adjustable focus only turns about half or three fourths of what it used to so at 20-30 feet away its a 4-6 inch dot, how can I unstick it without damaging the laser more?

I'll try to get some pictures up today, what should I get pictures of? Dot, laser, focus, etc.

i want to see the lens and focus adapter if it has one. the goal is to get the lens off to see if it can be reinstalled properly, right?

Something inside may have shifted. Yes -- PIX....
The front focus assembly may be a little
stripped on the threads.
