Oh...! That's clever. I'm not a very talented machinist myself (only a few months of experience), so I would have never thought of using a rotary table!
 





Thanks for all the help guys. I guess this is just something I'm going to live with. Good to know it's not something I screwed up. I guess I can move on to the next step now. Looking for a single boost driver that can reliably supply 2 amps if needed.

But based on what you showed us with your first few posts here if you find something you better let us know.:p


Also you probably already have but just in case remember to put some heatshrink on those diode pins to keep them from shorting.:beer:

I certainly will, but I'm sure you guys will come up with something first. There is absolutely no use for a driver like this other than a pointer, so it would surely be designed by someone on this forum.

Thanks, I did forget. Still in the testing phase, but that's no excuse...
 
Well, if it helps, I have 2.2A and 4A boost drivers in development. Won't be ready for at least another two months though.
