Still waiting on driver from Cilegray...

Hey everyone,
I ordered a BenBoost driver from Cilegray, payed him on June 12. After 2 weeks, I asked him if he had sent it yet. We both live in Canada, and he admitted that this wait time was strange. He sent me another one.

Another almost 2 weeks later, I had still not received it, and, looking back in my messages, realized that he had never confirmed my address, and I had never given it to him. So, I PM'd him asking if he had sent it to the correct address on July 7. He did not respond, so I sent another on July 9. Still no response. I sent another one on July 14, and checked his profile, seeing that he seemed to be away for about a week since July 13.

Now he is back (according to his profile) and has been online and marked as "Current activity: Private Messaging" since 7:13 AM today.

I still have no response and would just like to know if I will ever get my driver.
No hard feelings against him, he seems really great, but now I'm short 14$ with nothing to show for it.

Oh dang, that doesn't sound very promising at all. Hopefully he will get back to you soon. I understand your frustration. I have been waiting on a defective flexdrive to come back for a specific build that has been on my workbench for nearly a year now.

Where in Canada are you...?
Did you pay by PayPal...?
If so... is the address attached to your PayPal account
correct and up to date...???

I've bought from cilegray and have not had any problems..

Ive dealt with cilegray too it took pretty long because he had private issues. I dont know what is going on now but i am sure he will come around!

Btw, jerry is right about your adres you get that in paypal ;)

I gotta admit, this website has been opening up at the same time as the other 25+ tabs on my firefox window everytime I restart it, but I never bothered looking at this tab much.

I never got around to sending the second one out... and right now, this isn't really a priority for me. You should have at least sent me an email before starting threads about this but whatever...

I'll send you a refund right now. I'll send you a benboost when I get around to it.

Edit : btw, when you paypal someone, your CONFIRMED address, validated by paypal, is the only address the seller should ever ship to. Why would I need to confirm that with you ?

I know my Paypal address is confirmed, but I have purchased from other members on this forum and they still confirmed it with me.
Again, sorry about this, but I was awaiting a response.

I received your e-mail concerning the pending refund. Does this mean that you will cancel it when you send out another driver?

Confirming the address is a good routine if I may say :) I always double check with the other side if that is their correct address. You can never be sure until you talk to the customers.

Don't apologize. You waited 2 weeks with no response before posting a thread. He's just being rude and dismissive.
