Anyone else experience that some misspelled words sometimes does not get marked in the reply box? I Have to got the advanced box to see if I've missed anything.

Is it only "advnce" or are other misspelled words not marked also? It's possible that you accidentally right clicked "Add to dictionary," making the word not marked.

No it happens to any random words, sometimes they work sometimes they don't.

Trying " advnce " now in the quick reply box and it is marked.

There is a spell checker?! No words at all gets marked here.

EDIT: Also, my reply box doesn't look like the one is your pic at all, there is no font and smiley options. Am I missing something here?

That's odd, mine has never done any spell-check on my posts.. I have to read everything through myself to check for typos.
I am using the same reply box as yours.

I use firefox and the spellcheck works on most other sites.. I have never thought about it not working on LPF because I don't actually use it (I like to check my messages myself).
However I have no idea why it doesn't work on LPF.
Donkey Kong all confused.

I've had that happen too.. For some reason the quickreply box here doesn't always spellcheck. This is the only site it happens on, and it only happens with the WYSIWYG editor turned on. Doesn't always happen, but it definitely happens.

When I try to spell check it says I have to download "ieSpell". I have Internet Explorer. I didn't even know there was a spellchesck until this thread.

Good at least I'm not the only one. :undecided:

For Firefox users: download a dictionary of whatever language(s) you want to be spell checked https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:3
