It is, these are fake web sites which pop up every now and then which are so highly polished they appear legit, but if you order something you never get it, then the web site disappears and they make another one to streal more money.

Just looking at the video shows a very high powered IR laser beam
to produce a thin narrow line to remove the rust. The stated 1000W
Laser is probably what is used in the video but you are not going to
get it for $134.00..... Maybe you can get the empty case....
