"Sony 150mW" Bluray diode?

Came across this little ad: 1pcs/pak Brand New 405nm-410nm 150mW TO18 5.6mm Sony Laser Diode/Violet Laser | eBay

Does anyone know these diodes? If the "150mW" is the manufacturer rated power, I assume they would be good for pushing to 200-250mW..

wow if they can output 400mw that would be great!!! Thats what the graph in your link says.

What I cannot say for sure is if the laser diode from your link of Ebay is the same, because it does not say the reference.

But if you need the datasheet of this diode from Sony, here you go.

Something smells fishy, as Sony according to your links only sells two (very similar) high powered 405nm diodes, but the seller in question sells several he calls "Sony" diodes, including 100mW and 200mW variants.. The 200 ones are also much more expensive than the 150 and 100mW ones.

looking at the data sheet its 400mW when pulsed, 200mW CW.

driving them hard with CW can render anywhere between 200mW and 400mW im guessing.
