foreign things include food and water ya know :

not all drugs are bad...I had to use some powerful pills for a while when I broke my ankle...again..

it doesn't stop tumors/alzheimer's but it's used as treatment to make you feel better (also for this purpose it's not smoked, it just comes in a pill with the active ingredient - THC)
