Truth be told, if this two element lens is somewhere in between the g1 and regular three element, I'm also very curious about it... it might just find a perfect home on another laser, depending on what it does with divergence.

I love the added power, but in some cases I really have the dot... can't wait to see this beast :)

It's really a no brainer. Even if it's 2W it's still a nice laser, and if it's 3W... well I've been wanting one for a good long while :p

Yeah it's a really great laser :) I just find it too big... I made myself a nice super tiny osram it's really more my kind of laser :D
