Custom sinner square one! 100mW 520nm by offroad!

Hey guys!

It is me again! :wave: This time you will see something different from me Most of the time i sell 445nm builds. I figured i should extend my horizon

So i had this "Sinner's square one host" laying around (which was a pain in the but to polish :tinfoil and i figured a 520 would be so sweet in that host!

So these are the specs:

- Polished
- Microboost @350mAh
- Osram PL520 diode
- Acrylic lens
- Driver thermally glued to the pill/heatsink
- improved + battery contact
- Focus to infinity = standard

I choose for this acrylic lens because is has a nice divergence. And this diode is quite efficient to get this output with it. The output is rock solid!

The host barely feels warm at 2.5 minutes so it has a pretty good duty cycle :wave:

The price is: 260$ + 35$ shipping and 4% PayPal fee's.

That price is awesome! I have a feeling I am the only one now who hasn't made my MSV4's into anything. This should go very quickly, especially since you have such a stable output at 100mW. For the PL520's that is a solid diode!

PS - Also considering that you polished this the price is even more amazing.

Now that's a solid 520nm build! Sinner's MS-V4 "shortie" (1x16340) is missing in my collection...
Just curious, I assume there'd be some extra power output if G-2 lens used?
Since I already own a dark forest treat, I wish this host came say in 650-660nm 300mW or 450-460nm 100mW+ wavelength.

Yes with a 9mm, G-lens it should do 120-130. And this current is still considered safe so i am verry happy with this diode. (let alone the new owner)

Since the difference between 100 and 120mW is not so big. I figured to go for the best beam specs.

And yeah polishing suck on this thing ( I do all polishing by hand ) And the cloth keeps hooking on the squares

@ gismo. I would if i had another one of these hosts. Unfortunaly i don't. So this is a one off.

Yeah i got a SKy 520nm but this host suits the diode better
Love this 520nm direct diode! and green is highly visable.

Ohh just something popped in my head...
Do you think this host will look good with your GITD powder ?
Not overdone ''all'' but some lines perhaps ?
