Haven't got the spectrometer out yet. Weekdays are too busy for me these days. I'll do it tomorrow

Diode #2 at another 200mA (2.2A) in a cooled heat sink (same as above) made it go up to 449.5nm

In a handheld heatsink it went to 452nm
