SOLD!
_________________________________________________________________________________
250mW+ 445nm 2xAAA pen. Constant on/off forward clicky tail-cap switch, V5 flex drive, A140 diode, 405nm AR coated 3-element glass lens, & AR coated aperture window.
Igniting a match:
The focus is adjustable. Duty cycle is typical for pen lasers. I recommend 80 seconds on with a brief cool-down. Comes with foam case. I recommend using a silicone tail-cap (included) to protect the aperture if this laser is stored in a dusty environment or a pocket. Avoid touching the glass aperture window. Peaks above 290mW.
I built this for a friend who wanted a solid, medium power blue. He ended up with having to take care of some priorities, so I'm offering it here. It is brand new and only used for testing and photos.
Beam size at 45 feet (typical divergence for 445nm diode + Aixiz lens):
SOLD!

170mW 405nm 2xAAA pen. Constant on/off forward clicky tail-cap switch, V5 flex drive, SF-AW210 6x diode, 405nm AR coated aspheric (LarryDFW's Hi-power lens for maximum power).
Duty cycle is virtually 100%, so you never need to worry about overheating unless it is operated in a very warm environment. The focus is adjustable. Comes with foam case. I recommend using a silicone tail-cap (included) to protect the aperture if this laser is stored in a dusty environment or a pocket.
This laser was assembled today (Jan. 2, 2011). It's not my finest work so I'm selling it below cost.
SOLD!

I also have one extra host exactly as pictured above (no module!) which comes in the foam case and 2 unused, harvested 405nm PHR-803T diodes (good for up to 140mW if a high-transmission lens is used).
I also just purchased a couple 5mW Dealextreme 532nm diffraction grating pointers to play around with. I got bored of them so I'll sell them here. They are a couple days old. They're the 1xAAA type.
I will let go of the two 532nm pointers for $20 shipped in the USA. They are $10.36 each on DX plus the 2 week wait for shipping.
I'd like $20 for the pen host plus $3 postage (I'll include a 5mW 635nm module as well).
I'll let the two diodes go for $15 for both plus $3 postage. They are sold AS IS with no warranty! Packaged well in anti-static foam & aluminum foil.
I also have many >150mW 780nm diodes from LPC-815 sleds and some Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue, DX keychain lights on hand.
If you would like to add some to a purchase, let me know and I'll throw a few in for free.
Thanks for looking.
