Well, sorry to see it end up like this.

One thing bothers me though, I don't think he is a drop shipper, as his prices are lower than O-like (unit + ship).

But anyway, it was a bad thing to do to advertise it like that,
I don't think you can have THAT much communication problems.

I don't think I can be a 'distributor' just by that principle...
A good distributor should stock up on most wanted merchandise, and selling it locally, saving the customers waiting time and online ordering, and giving some sense to 'distributing' business we are talking about.

Well, I guess it was too good to be true.

To be fair to you, I also have some info you do not. I figure that there is plenty of info already in the forum for this one. (No, I will NOT provide it to everyone because they want it)

I really do wish him success. I just absolutely abhor people "twisting the truth" to make a buck. He just can't do it here now. The internet is not my home. LPF is.

O-like is my favourite laser parts supplier from the moment I saw it, and Susie is very kind.

I heard ReNNo had major problems with RayFoss, so I just stay away. Although it seems they are also very good and resputable around here, regarding their 200mW green lasers $150 ones.

Kinda weird to call LPF you home (touching, but strange), what do you mean?

That makes no sense at all... IMO

1) only O-Like manufactures O-Like products that O-Like sells
2) it costs O-like money to ship their products to you or a distributor
3) it costs money for BeamCheap to buy the O-Like products
4) it costs BeamCheap money to ship to you even with Free Shipping to you

A) He needs to pay shipping from China
B) he needs to pay shipping to you
C) he charges no shipping costs
D) He is selling cheaper than O-Like
E) He needs to make money for BeamCheap to survive...

There is no way he is not Drop Shipping... he can't sell cheaper
than the manufacturer and pay the shipping twice and not
charge for it...

There is a huge difference for BeamCheap as a Distributor to sell
here or not...
By selling here... he is competing with Susie selling O-Like products..
This Forum is one marketplace with only so many apples in the barrel..

My LaserBee distributors do not sell on my Website and I don't sell
on theirs... That is how business is run...

There is probably too much sentimentality associated with the word home. What I was trying to say here was that I do not consider myself the defender of the world against negative or deceptive business practices. I do feel a sense of community here that demands that I help to protect the members here from fraud and deception.

I will not chase him down, to force him to change. He is free to do whatever he can outside of my sight.

Also, I went back through and re-read just this thread again quickly. I found where he said he was from New Zealand. Thanks. It would take too much effort (for a done deal like this) to search and re-read through the other threads about him here to find what made me think he was in the US. The matter is virtually closed here for now.

I actually anticipate that any lasers already ordered will be up to O-Like's standard. They are coming from O-Like ;)

@Jerry, makes no sense either ways, if he is drop shipping, he has to pay a buck or two from his own pocket to o-like when an order is made... right?

@Dave, yeah, I get what you mean. Most respekt for that!
 
They don't have to resell o-like's anyway, coz o-like is just a reseller of several individual workshops around. You can not imagine how developped the manufacturing business in Guangdong province in China becomes these years, and even every family can run a workshop, and the cost of machining operation is cheap enough.

So I believe most of people in LPF can run the laser business much better in China, coz you're all pros, so welcome to China! :)

Dude do you hate china or somthing.. I have seen all your 10 posts and there just about how china is bad or somthing like it...

Hey man, you're so mistaken. I'm a Chinese, and i love it too much to hate it. And just say something objectively. You may share the similar thinking if you've lived here all the years, maybe not. Never mind.
