What's up with your triple stacked focusing ring? I like that, gets your fingers out away from the burn zone lol. Great builds Rich you are really pumping them out lately.

Hi GSS,
Yes it stays very cool even with the 7875/ 9mm , The AL sink has nice mass to it and the shelf for the driver keeps it cool at 2.4A's . Solid grounding from the contact board to the bottom of the sink to , I added two small pieces of CU to the ground contacts also.
Thanks for looking ..

Rich:)

Hi 94,
Yes as GSS said i use a locktite brand the 10 second setting type gel. all you need is four small drops at 12,3,6,and 9 o'clock stack them and use a right hand corner to get them square and straight .. If you get some were you don't want it usr acetone to remove the excess lightly..don't soak the adapters.
You can stack as many as you wish.. very effective

Wow, Rich, I love it.
Great work dude.

Quick (silly?) question: what's the advantage of having a stacked lens (apart from not getting your fingers burnt) ?

Hi BM,
Thank you for looking these are very nice builds, the sinks have great mass to them , and can handle the larger diodes . I have 3 more sinks and hosts for them . Thinking about a 462nm and a 465nm build in one of these ..

Wow, that would make such a awesome collection a 445, 462 and 465 all in the same host. That would make such a great night beam shot . Got me drooling already. Love to see all three lighting up the sky. Can dream, that's where things start.

Specially where you live lifetime, and better than a hundred is miserable. I grow up in Missouri where they got mesquites the size of hummingbirds and humindy to match.
