Shipping a lab to germany

Im about to send a lab on its way, but before I do I wondered something.

From what I read, lasers are legal in germany, and labs especailly (considering that this doesn't even have a power plug, has saftey features, etc).. so one thing I was wondering.

I planned to label the declaration as:
Labratory module
Sample of no commertial value. (or gift?)

Is this a good idea to put down? or should something else be written.
This is the first time ive shipped out a lab laser, so I just wonder what to put down. obviously "LED flashlight" won't cut it here.

I've had a lab laser sent to me as "Disco light parts"
 
Put it in a birthday paper. Small box, If you can ship first the Diode, and Next day the Driver.
 
I don't think there's a need for separate shipping. You could declare it as opto-electronic components if it doesn't look like a complete system. There's hardly any laser panic in europe, so I wouldn't even worry even if you name it a laboratory laser.
