What's your evidence for the fact that he's shill bidding?
You may be 100% correct, I have no idea, but I must say that I'm not a fan of the approach on LPF of making assertions about wrongdoing without presenting the actual evidence or basis for that assertion. I'm a huge consumer advocate, but the corollary to that is that warnings / trade reports need to be full and fair.

I see - so he'd up the bid, hoping to push up yours, but if he won by accident, he'd cancel his bid and offer to you? That's a pretty clear indication of shilling I suppose.
