Sharp 185mW/638nm Build

So, here's an interesting build. Rich and I both came up with this while I was trying to figure out what to do with this ULTRA FIRE q5 host. This incorporates his astounding heatsink designs and into a smaller, modular package. Hit him up (Lifetime17) for this entire host assembly!!

P.S. This diode makes an awesome, tight beam.

Nice you finally put life into that host awesome , nice beam to . Im assuming it has a G2 lens try a 3 E lens to cut the wings a bit ,thats if you don't mind a little power loss.Good job my friend.:gj:

This is a Lazeerer nano buck boost at the lowest resistor setting of 275mA

Yeah I tried a 3 element and was surprised at the power loss. I settled with a G7. It's perfect. You should be selling more Q5s in no time

It’s set at 275mA on a nano buck/boost. I actually have this one in my pocket today.
