SF M1 host 405 build

This is my first 405 Build it's a 4x diode. It only puts out 150mw. But it is a very fancy host. this host is a Surefire M1 host is was originally an IR illuminator. I dorp in a 405 axiz head with a custom build heatsink to fit the Host. I keep the front glass on because this host is design water resistant up to 150ft.

The axiz I stuff in the host is from two years ago.
I don't have a higher power LD around so i just use whatever I can get to.
 
Thats a Pretty sweet Laser you got there. I really like how you left the front glass on to keep it water Resistant. IT will also keep dust from going on the lens.:cool:

Only thing is its not Focusable unless you unscrew everything. But i could live with that as iam more of a beam guy then a burner.
