Aw man, of course I'd be in the area two weeks before it happens... maybe next year...

well try this idea on for size- IF you can sneak away for 24 hours- say Thursday evening(not TOO late)and leave the next day home by Sat. or whenever- you swing by Philly and pick up Dr sam-:bowdown::worthy:

our guru..the 'author' of the Laser Bible... our totally free ( and ad free too)source of info all things laser

and give him the 8 +hour ride to SELEM-

I will personally see that you get a few $$(20$ at least) for gas and you will NOT pay to attend the event- if you want to stay over I can bribe someone to put you up for one free night. Most Laserenthausist would die for a chance just to meet Sam- (yeah THAT Sam!) :shhh:

we have his meals-room and return trip arranged (we hope) so you :beer:may save me from making a dreaded email saying we cannot have him as our guest after all.... :yabbem::cryyy:


you would be making a whole bunch of new friends at the event-

you will be remembered and when you come back we will cheer for you-


your kindness and generosity will remain always as a shrine in our tabernachle of fond events.

AND eveybody will want to buy you a beer!!

damn len, i was just in philly! the family vacation kinda got in the way for this year's event in carolina. but i'll go to texlem this winter!
