The SXD driver set to 2.2A and is heat sinked inside the main sink on a milled shelf. Also has a half solid copper back half attached to the 12mm module.

Hi Alaskan ,
These 520 greens are super bright I cant get enough of them. The transparent Atomic Green coating matches well to the WL.
To funny THE HULK... Wow glad they aren't $1000.00 any more but they are still pricey buddy.. Thank you for being a great customer .
At GSS,
I try to keep the prices down as much as possible between the time machining on a manual lathe and milling machine adds up to hours.
Plus material and coatings more time involved . Thanks buddy ..

Hi .
yes that is correct 1700+ 405nm diode 1.100 mA , never thought a 405 would reach up that far. And I kept the set driver low this setting with a BDR-209 and its a goner .

Nice amount of power, just put a beam expander on it to get the divergence down, of course.

Hi, Believe it or not the divergence on these 405's are surprisingly a tight dot like the BDR-209's

Hey rich,you test with G2 lens??
If g2,it not a dot, divergence is 1.3mrad

1.3 isn't bad, that's very good, many DPSS lasers commonly have higher divergence than that.

Yes G2 lens this divergence and it being a MM not bad. I thought they would be a lot worse.
