Hi 3D,
So the threads were damaged on the cf mod, they are nice mods i have 3 of them and they work great. The diameter of the CF aspire is 22MM i have the tap for the threading for them

Rich I got the flashlight in the mail today. The ID of the bezel is 2 1/4". Can you work with that? Probably close to a mag light ID I would guess.

To be totally honest with you i would need the host at hand. I like to make a closest tolerance as possible. Sorry buddy if you like you can send some pics. And to see if you want to send the host to me. I will willing to buy one for a pattern for measurement . Email me if you like pal..

I intended to send it to you if you were able to source and work with that size material. Just checking with you before it goes in the mail. I know some machinery has limitations and what not. Know what I mean. It's pretty dang close to the dimension I said.
