Here is a 2X18650 host with a 2 Inch Wide X 3 Inch long heat sink with focus adapter . Comes prewired this host is huge and weighs in nicely. The bore is a 12mm for a STR copper module, can be rebored for a 25mm DTR copper module for an additional 10.00 .
This host is way larger than a C8 host.
Being it has a huge heat sink I also included a milled copper heat sink for the driver.

Hey Rich would you be able to make a barrel extension for a flashlight? How thin could you make the thickness of the material and would you be able to match the threads?

Hi,
Those thread are metric and not all light have the same size threads, The Battery tube extensions I have only fit a few C8 lights .
I wouldn't be able to duplicate those threads. The only way around that is to find a extension and turn down the OD or OD threads and drill and tap for a set screw. Or even get the extension to fit snug and epoxy it permanently ..And hope the tailcap threads fit.

Wow! received some of Rich’s beautiful creations. Shipping was close to light speed. Everything was meticulous and meticulously packed. Even little touches like heat shrink and the Allen key for set screws.

It's been a while since I put together a build but now I have my eyes on one the 488 nm diodes from DTR. It looks like the only option for drivers from DTR that is in stock that fits my needs is the ACS1500SE. 12 mm DTR module.
I want to do a single 18650 build or a dual 18350. I am after something sleek. I actually have a an old stainless steel single 18650 host that I once wanted to do a build in.
