good job bro. I've been getting back at it too. put 25lbs back on so at 170lbs now body fat is about 10% so come summer time a quick cut will be pretty easy and I should look better then ever trying to stay at 170 but get down to 8%. last year i was 165 7% so a few more pounds of muscle will help with getting a few more photo shoots too. Did 3 last year hoping to do 6 or 7 this summer. If you need any advice definitely hit me up been getting into smoothies to get my fruits in and damn are they good, and cheap to make.
