Was thinking someone could possibly help me out. I paid for 2 day shipping and the OP on the first page says stock is available in the US. It is now been 9 business days since payment has been received. Wish someone would answer my PMs.

Im new to this whole laser thing and a little on the antsy side to get some awesome laserness in my hands. I allowed 3 days for processing which is far more than enough and we are looking at 7 extra days of shipping at this point (since USPS does work Saturday). Just want to know what the deal is. Especially since now it seems your ducking my pm...

How did you press it in the heat sink? Have you seen DTRs tutorial on the Hulk 520nm build? That might be helpful.

If it is too difficult file the inside down some. If you don't take care with the press fit you can actually cause the threading on your diode module to warp and you will need to extract the module and put the diode in a new one. Not easy.

The modules are universally ABOUT 12mm. There are variations from module to module as they are churned out en masse. All any machinist can do really is put it close to the average so that no one will be unable to keep the module in place by pressfit.
