Rkcstr driver help

i cant even afford the postage, dont be mean im 14 and dont have acces to the paypal. :( do i have to use a 1 ohm at 1 ohm it wouldnt really matter would it.? i have 10 ohm pls tell me.
cheers

ok guys i just tried my trst load with the 10 ohmer. i tested the output under the 200m setting first of all again is this right. it read 55. then i tested it with the 10 ohm resistor and the dummy load, it read 30.
your thoughts??
cheers

with a 10 ohm resistor, your DMM reads 10 times the current value (10mV for each mA), but at the same time the resistor dissipates 10 times more power in heat ..... not the better solution .....

Can't you find an 1 ohm resistor in some old PCB or broken power supplies or similars ? ..... maybe your local PC store can give you some of them for free, for harvest (also a pair of 2,2 ohm in parallel is good enough, for a test, and almost half of these PSU uses this value resistors)

is a dvd player an ir laser or red laser?? i know a dvd burner is a red but not sure about a dvd player

good good im just starting so it will be perfect. wat would u say 10mw?5mw? 30mw??
cheers

I think they are usually <5mW. Also, I don't think they are usually the TO-18 (5.6mm) case that we like. For the most part they are useless but if you're going to throw it away you might as well try.

ok. my dmm wont read the out put anymore? but my analoge multimeter wil?? and my ddl driver is putting out 55ma but on the second i dont think the pot is working because i cant controll the output.
p.s my dmm will read battery voltage.
cheers
