Product: LZTC - 532nm 50mW Tiny Chrome Green Laser Pointer AAA Battery

Hello everyone today I received the package I purchased from LAZERER a while ago. It is a 50mW Tiny Chrome Green Laser Pen. This is a very lovely pocket laser and easy to carry with. I would like to say the quality of this laser is really impressed me. The finishing is very good and the host is thick and much heavier than I expected.

The beam is absolutely bright and visible. This is nothing my cheap red laser pen can compare to. Seem that I have under estimated the brightness of a 532nm green laser but luckily I have also ordered a pair of goggles as everyone here suggested.

As for the transaction. I placed my order on 4rd April. Laser is shipped on 7th and received by today. The whole shipment only take 11 days sending to US which is very fast IMO. The store owner Max is very nice and being helpful to answer all of my questions (this is my first high power laser :yh:) Consider the build quality of the laser and the service 30 bucks is very decent price and I am quite satisfy with my purchase.

Thanks for watching :thanks:

Seem like a good quality laser pen. Is it a momentary or maintained switches I saw you are not pressing the button to take the last photo?

Nice pics you have taken and good review +rep

I think the button might be taped down. Nice little unit. You can buy stuff like that from Fasttech here:
https://m.fasttech.com/products/1620/10018553/3839904-5mw-532nm-single-dot-green-laser-pointer

There are some other ones too. Some are labeled 5mW and some 50mW but they are all usually 50mW or more.

Brought from this site once for a "100mW" pen.

Not even close to 50mW and with terrible IR content :undecided:

Those pen look almost identical to my cheap ebay red laser pen except mine are taking 2 x AAA. The one I got from LAZERER is definitely having much better quality. I have some problem removing the end cap of my old red laser it keep sucking. This Chrome pen have the thread anodized and the cap will turn smoothly.

I just uploaded some of other pics for comparison. You can see how the thread of LAZERER Chrome Pen is finished. This tiny pen even weight more than the red one without battery  (please forget the dirt on the scale :yabbem:)

I was impressed to see how heavy this little laser is. I really hope that LAZERER can make a 520nm in this host.

I will never brought these terribly cheap laser. I would agree with Pman that these laser are like to use the same modules and must be the cheapest one. In order to make the price competitive.

You pay for what you like in design though. A heavy unit always feels like higher quality in the hand whether it is or isnt. It comes down to personal preference. I wouldn't find the cheap Ebay 405 and 650nm pens that interesting if I hadn't come up with a way to make the ones I use to buy focusable. At 50-100mW for a 405nm and almost all 650 ones over 100mW they light matches really easy when focused. Without being able to do that the reds would be pretty blah to me as at least the 405nm can make a lot of things fluorescent. Haven't bought any in awhile so don't know if the same sellers I used to buy from sell the ones I could adapt to focus anymore.
One thing about green ones is the dot can be really terrible on the eyes. Can't imagine just how many overspec 532nm pens have been purchased that may have damaged cats eyes. Other animals will go after the dot but by far cats have to suffer the worst by the percentage. I'm deliberately leaving humans out of my comment.
