Hello.
I'm very proud to present You an awesome restored hard-to-find electromechanical slot machine.
This entertainment 45kg puppy was created in the 1980 years by a german company named "Mercury" and it could be found inside cafe and game rooms.
With calm and patience I have found also the rare original programmer, manuals and spare parts.

What I have done:

- Cleaned and polished the whole machine, lubricated the moving parts;
- Replaced all the burned out bulbs;
- Replaced the backup battery;
- Eliminated the shorts created by a couple of gold-plated coins between some mainboard soldering contacts;
- Sort all the wires and locked with teflon strips;
- Seek and found 250 original pieces of the old italian "500 liras" and polished one by one;
- Seek and found the very rare original german programmer;
- Seek and found the original manuals and electronic schemes;
- Seek and found all the original spare parts.

The heart of the whole system, the mainboard:

The polished 500 liras:

Some of the original gold plated coins:

The rare alphanumeric original programmer:

The slot in action:

The 500 liras are used only to buy credits.
When important combinations appears (I.E.: poker of aces, straight flush, royal flush), an electromechanical device enables the delivery of the gold plated coins, compatible with the value of the bet.

Have fun 🍺

WOW...Impressive !!! Beautiful !!! Ya know....Studies have been done on Human brain Neuron firing that show playing slots delivers the same pattern of neuron firing that is found with Cocaine use. It is any wonder then why playing slot machines is sooooo addictive !! A phrase used to describe slot play is " Electronic Crack " Scarry !!! Thanx for sharing !! CDBEAM"777"

.....And another thing....To you unlucky " Klootzak's....who were born TOO late to hear ....the " Ding. ding, ding....ding and ding " sound....when slot machines paid off in token coins !!!.....to see the " Belly of the Beast" pour out the coins.....and scoop the winnings up in your hands....now THAT was a thrill !!!.....none of this paper voucher Bull Shit.....alas.....I miss the old Las Vegas....when it was....er....managed.....by a certain ethnic group....and not these hyper-greedy bastard big corporations !!! You shoulda been here....SIGH !!!!

A true labor of love. It is fantastic to see the restoration. I'm sure it is worth quite a bit now as a treasure for your man cave.

Super cool! Pretty impressive internals for it's age!
I also find slot machines entertaining. I have one, but it's just your run of the mill 5-reel S2000. I use it as my piggy bank. :)
