Got my packages today.

HeNe's are working. 2.5-3.0 mw each. I need to clean them up though. white and yellow power and green ground.

Sorted through some very nice things in the electronics surplus grab bag - especially liked the prisms and optics

Thanks for the dumdums also with the 25 diode grab bag

Sapphire disc I paid for didn't get sent. Please send it to me when you send the next group of stuff out.

650nm, 808nm and 904nm would interest me. whats the higher/highest power and cost? ah, if only you had lower red wavelengths, like 635nm.. :-)
what size are the bare chips anyway? i guess 0.5x2mm or something?
so when i order some chips, they are all the same? no unknown random mixture? obviously, since they are still packaged?

indium-tin.. is 137° ok for chips? robin used 93°C indium alloy.. do you happen to have suitable flux too?

a friend wants to burn off the copper from pcbs instead of etching it off, my idea is to use multible 904nm dies and couple them into individual fibers, bundle them and focus to a point as small as the fiberbundle. i would try to replace a pumpdiode. and perhaps build me some (fiber-) arrays, 808 and red.. guys, this is a one-time chance, even much more than the crazy grab-bags, in my opinion! :-)

He didn't disappear. I bought some stuff from him on Ebay, and one thing he sent me a second chance offer on, and I took it.

agreed, im sure the other stores you have are much more organized and easier to work with. and sometimes i'll have PM's... but wont get them for 4 hours lol. i'll refresh the page at 5:00pm... and it said i have 4 messages from 1:00pm, 1:23pm, ...,... blah blah, i get my messages late... strange

coz he wrote me new price for red diodes pack but on first page of this topic prices are still same(old) so I think there must be other page or just ebay.

Hey heruursciences,

I will take $50.00 for a lot of 25 assorted laser diodes, mostly 730nm through 980nm possibly some red 650 and 635nm diodes too. Power levels are generally over a watt if they work! About 75 to 90% are working. May have 9mm TO-3's and other types included
