If he already set the chargeback in motion, why would you send the laser? If the chargeback goes through they will charge you an additional 20 or so bucks plus the refund plus the laser you sent, which may get convinently lost in the mail. :-X

no he didn't do the charge back he just filled a dispute and then closed it just now.

Cool, you have to be carefull with paypal they dont always do their best, LOL

He's not a big boy, he has the mental and emotional maturity of an 8 year old and needs to be treated as such. He needs a 6 month timeout from the forum.

Agree, I wouldn't sell a laser to somebody unless I knew he understood the dangers and was responsible enough to have one.

Just thought I should come in here to defend rubberband just in case anyone has ANY doubts because of this thread.

He's a good guy, ships stuff fast, and does a great job. No need to worry when dealing with him.

That was his one chance to get money from you..Once you close a paypal dispute you cannot open a new one on the same transaction.

At least you can be safe in the knowledge that he cannot take the money and the laser.

i dont no Wesdaman14, all i no i was going to sell him a laser but he sent the payment to rubberband ? and ruberband and i has every thing settled i owe him a few dollors lol and the laser is shipped :)
