I do believe they include the charger and batteries. At least they did with the 150mW one at 99$.

Most of rayfoss' lasers are shipped with a charger and a battery. I don't know about this one though.

They all include chargers, the one that use 1850 batterys or whatever.

From what I have seen they all come with Chargers as a standard.

Also if you live in a country (Such as the U.S.) that have strict customs laws its best to have the laser mailed separate from the charger and battery so that it will pass.

I already ordered on a few days ago and i live in the us so is it very likely for then to confiscate the laser :thinking:

Not so much, even if you do have it all shipped together the chances of it being caught in customs is slim. Its just that its best to go for the separate shipping route since you are purchasing an expensive item and for only a few dollars more for the shipping it will cover your item if by any and all possiblity if it was ever caught.

I mean its better than pissing away $150 for an item you might not get, but that's how I see it...
