Question about 808nm ir build

And I want to build a pointer.

Dude that link into the kryton thread doesn't help at all, it is talking about a
different driver and a different diode, too.

Once you have the parts in front of you, you see the actual pins of the diode and the
driver, things will be more clearer to you.
What you want to do is certainly possible.

I've told you how you need to hook it up, what the diodes pin-out is, all information
you could have easily found searching the forum.

That last picture you posted looks about correct, but I can't tell you for sure,
because I never used the odic-force driver.....
