These would be good for high current demand lasers & lights.

Capacity is high @ 2900 mah for a power cell.

No; there are some cells rated for 20 amps continuous (25-30 intermittent).

They do sacrifice capacity, to get higher current levels
(about 2500 mah for the best ones).
