Yes these come out of sleds, but they are not used.

Igor and someone else plotted the nichia diode to be almost identical to the 6x diode... There were a couple other people running theirs at 200mA without problems... hmmm...

A diode rated to be driven at ~120mA and last 5k hours really shouldn't die after just a few minutes at 180mA...

Don't know what to tell you....I kept my run times to less than a minute. Lets just say I was highly disapointed to say the least.

Buy one, maybe you will have better luck than I did.
