None what so ever. If you get the hubsan i can tell you how to calibrate it with a stick positioning. There are like 12 hubsans it seems now. Lol. Even one with fpv! But that's pricey. The protox has fantasticly bright leds on it so you know which way it's facing. Real really bright for its size. Hubsans has two dim blue leds so you can get lost as to you heading some time. Hubsan arms are plastic and snap together. Can be repaired with glue or tap if you break one. Though I don't see that being a flight mishap as so much the dog tried to eat it. I have plowed mine into the concrete outside and just digs. Protox arms are PCB!! The frame itself is printed circuit and motors bolt to that. So if you break something like that you're screwed. If I had to choose between the two I would have to go hubsan. But it is a really close call for me. Pm me if you want any other info or pictures.
